NATUROPATHIC CONSULTATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Services Provided
I provide naturopathic consultations, education, and wellness recommendations including (but not limited to) nutrition, lifestyle advice, and practitioner-only supplements.
2. Not Medical Care
Naturopathy is complementary medicine and does not replace care from a medical doctor. I do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe pharmaceutical medications, or provide emergency care.
3. Client Responsibility
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete health information
Inform me of any diagnoses, medications, or treatments
Consult your GP or specialist where appropriate
4. Consent to Treatment
By booking and attending consultations, you consent to receiving naturopathic advice and understand the scope and limitations of this care.
5. Online Consultations
For telehealth sessions:
You are responsible for a stable internet connection
Sessions are confidential but subject to standard technology limitations
6. Payments & Fees
Payment is required at the time of your appointment or upon receiving your invoice
Fees are non-transferable
7. Cancellation Policy
Please note that a Minimum 24 hours’ notice required
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur full fee
8. Results Disclaimer
Individual outcomes vary.
No guarantees are made regarding health outcomes.
9. Supplement Recommendations
Any supplements suggested are optional and should be used as directed.
Once purchased, supplements cannot be returned
Once a herbal tincture mix is agreed, this cannot be changed or returned
If adverse reactions are experienced, it is the responsibility of the client to report this to your practitioner
10. Confidentiality
Your information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
